5.1 PC-SHSJ25-26 Single Screw Extruder
The extrusion production line adopts self-developed extruder, which has the characteristics of high precision and high production capacity.
The screw and barrel are made of high-strength alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, and its surfaces are treated with nitriding and polishing. The thickness of the nitriding layer reaches 0.4-0.7 mm, and the surface hardness reaches HV850-940.
The screw is specially designed for PC material to ensure the plasticizing effect of the raw material, and ensure the uniform wall thickness and high gloss.
